All shoots have a 1 hour minimum. There is a 5 minute grace period for all shoots before an additional half hour is charged. Your time does start and end at the time of booking so please plan accordingly with any outfit changes and props you might have and need to set up/clean up. Additional time may be charged due to clean up/set up/dressing needs starting earlier than or going past your reservation times.

* Please note that if you are filling the bathtub in the Cleo Suite you must bring towels to dry the area after you are finished.
* All organic material/florals must be removed from the chateau and not thrown away in our receptacles. Please bring trash bags if needed.
* No red wine is permitted due to furnishings and white marble
* No glitter/confetti
* We have wifi access and you're welcome to have music playing during your shoot!
* If you'd like any furniture moved, please let us know and we'd be happy to help to ensure the furniture doesn't scratch the floors/furniture. To keep the chateau looking spiffy, we kindly ask for you to help move any moved furniture back to its original location so our next guest can enjoy the space upon arrival
